About The Doctors...

Dr. Goldberg is a graduate of the University of Maryland Medical School, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His honors included election to Alpha Omega Alpha, the Francis Donaldson Prize for excellence in Pathology and the Balder Scholarship Award for outstanding academic achievement from the University of Maryland Medical School.

 

Upon graduation from the University of Maryland Medical School, Dr. Goldberg completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Emory University. Subsequently, he completed his residency at the University of Florida, Gainesville and returned to the University of Maryland for his Fellowship in Gastroenterology.

 

Dr. Goldberg served as the Chief of Gastroenterology at North Charles General Hospital from 1986-1989 and at St. Joseph Medical Center from 2003-2012. He was the Medical Director at the Maryland Endoscopy Center in 1998 and of the Digestive Disease Center at St. Joseph Medical Center from 2003-2012.

 

Dr. Goldberg has co-authored multiple articles in medical publications and has lectured locally on a variety of Gastroenterological diseases and disorders.

 

 

Dr. Rosenstein is a graduate of the University of Maryland Medical School. Upon graduation Dr. Rosenstein continued his internship, residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at the University of Maryland Medical School. Some of his honors and awards include the Short Term Research Training Grant for research in Neurobiology and a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of a Scientific Presentation by the American College of Physicians at the Maryland Associates Conference. He was also awarded the honor of “Top Doc” by Baltimore Magazine in 2009 and was recently named a Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association.

 

Dr. Rosenstein has participated in Gastroenterological research projects that include high risk screening for Esophageal Cancer and has lectured locally on the topics of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Reflux Disease, Colorectal Cancer Screening and Irritable Bowel Disease.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Khan graduated with honors and completed a combined accelerated Bachelor of Science and Medical Degree program from the Northeastern Ohio Medical University. Upon graduation he completed Internal Medicine Residency as well as comprehensive fellowship training in Gastroenterology/ Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy including ERCP, EUS and capsule endoscopy/ Hepatology at Penn State University.

 

He received numerous awards including a Proctor & Gamble Travel Award for an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Mentoring Program, Patient's Choice Award, one of America's Top Gastroenterologists given by Consumers' Research Council of America.

 

Dr. Khan has coauthored several medical publications and has lectured locally on gastrointestinal diseases ranging from esophageal disorders, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Colon Cancer Screening, and Eating Disorders.

 

Dr. Khan joined our practice in 2002 and continues his dedication to healthy living by promoting and providing quality healthcare through local community programs including St. Clare Medical Outreach and the Baltimore County Cancer Prevention Programs.

 

 

Dr. Forman received his medical degree from University of Maryland in 2001. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland, Baltimore Veterans Affairs Medical Center. After serving as Chief Resident at Mercy Medical Center, he completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at University of Maryland, Baltimore Veterans Affairs Medical Center. During his fellowship, he received extensive training in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Therapeutic Endoscopy including advanced ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound.

 

In addition to having received various teaching awards, he was awarded membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He has authored numerous publications, presented at national meetings and lectured on topics ranging from Colorectal Cancer Screening to Professionalism in Medicine.

 

In addition to performing conventional Upper Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, Dr. Forman offers a variety of specialized techniques including advanced therapeutic ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound, Esophageal, Enteral and Colonic Stenting, as well as, difficult polypectomy.
